How do I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed with CharChar Shop, it cannot be canceled.

We prioritize shipping our orders quickly and as such our warehouse cannot accommodate cancellation requests.

When will my order be shipped?

We normally process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Large orders may take an additional business day to process and ship.

If express shipping is selected, we make sure that the order is processed and shipped same day, any time before 3PM EST. Express shipping orders made after 3PM will be shipped the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of certain holidays. Please allow 1 additional business day for processing of orders placed on weekends and holidays.

What is your refund policy?

All products listed on our site are final sale items.

Why was my order cancelled?

The most common reasons why an order gets canceled or partially canceled is if a product is no longer available or the credit card on file has changed since the order was placed.

Please note that an entire order may be canceled if even one item in the order is no longer available.
